RASPBERRY JELLO CAKE 
2 c. crushed pretzel sticks
3 tbsp. powdered sugar
3/4 c. melted butter

Mix and press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

8 oz. cream cheese (soft)
1 egg
1 c. powdered sugar

Beat well and fold in:

8 oz. Cool Whip
2 cap fulls lemon juice

Spread over cool pretzel crust.

2 sm. pkgs. raspberry Jello with 2 c. boiling water
2 pkgs. raspberries

Let thicken slightly. Pour on top of cream cheese. Chill 2 hours.
