CORN FLAKE CHICKEN 
2 c. corn flakes
1/4 c. butter
Salt & pepper to taste
8 chicken legs

Crush corn flakes in a plastic bag, with your rolling pin and pour into a pie plate. Put butter in a skillet and melt. Rinse and skin chicken legs. Brush chicken with melted butter and roll each in corn flake crumbs. Place chicken in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Pour leftover butter over the chicken. Bake at 375 degrees for about 50 minutes.
