CORN FLAKE CHICKEN 
2-3 lb. chicken, cut up
1-2 sticks butter (depending on size of chicken)
1 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
Salt
Pepper
Onion salt

Dip chicken pieces in melted butter. Coat with corn flake crumbs. Sprinkle with seasonings. Bake in uncovered baking dish at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is cooked well. Yield: 4 servings.
