2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
3 c. raw apples, chopped
2 c. flour
1 c. dates, chopped
1 c. nuts

Cream sugar and oil. Add other ingredients, saving apples, nuts and dates until last. Pour in greased 9x13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with whipped cream. Really good for the holidays.
