TUNA CORN BAKE 
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 (9 1/4 oz.) can tuna, drained
1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes (reserve 3 tomato pieces)
2 c. crumbled corn chips
1/2 green pepper, sm. chopped (about 1/4 c.)
2 tsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. chili powder
Dash of garlic salt
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix soup, tuna, tomatoes, 1 cup corn chips, green pepper, onion, chili powder and garlic salt in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle cheese and arrange reserved tomato pieces in center. Sprinkle 1 cup corn chips around tomatoes. Bake, uncovered until bubbly, about 30 minutes. 8 servings.
