1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. apple juice
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon or apple pie spice
1 medium red apple, chopped
1/4 cup chopped pecans
Ritz or Town House crackers, for serving

Beat cream cheese and juice with your electric mixer until fluffy. Beat in brown sugar and spice. Stir in apple and pecans.

Serve with crackers.
