LAYERED BEEF & CHEESE SUPPER 
1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in 1 inch strips
Oil
1 (9 oz.) pkg. cut green beans, thawed & drained
1 (8 oz.) grated sharp Cheddar cheese
2 c. rice, cooked
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. celery
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can French fried onions

Brown steak in oil; drain. Mix green beans, 1 1/2 cups cheese, rice, onion and celery. Place meat in 8 x 12 inch baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Pour rice mixture on top of meat. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover, top with remaining cheese and fried onions. Return to oven until cheese melts.
