ORIENTAL CHICKEN WITH RICE 
2 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned & cubed
2 onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
4 tbsp. butter
1 can chicken broth
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. soy sauce (or to taste)
Pepper to taste
Steamed mixed vegetables
1 1/2 c. white rice, cooked

Vegetables such as broccoli, carrots, pea pods, cauliflower, celery, water chestnuts, etc. About 4 cups lightly steamed.

In large non-stick fry pan melt butter. Add onions, garlic and chicken pieces coated with flour. Stir to coat with butter. Cook until tender and browned. Add broth, soy sauce and steamed vegetables; mix well. Heat until hot. Serve over white rice.
