ORIENTAL CHICKEN WITH RICE 
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. diced green onion
1 (20 oz.) can sliced mushrooms and liquid
1 c. celery
1 tsp. cornstarch
3 tsp. soy sauce
2 c. cooked rice (hot)
2 lbs. chicken

Boil chicken until done. Cut into bite size pieces.

In saucepan combine tomato sauce, onions, celery and mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes. Add chicken.

Blend cornstarch and soy sauce. Gradually pour into chicken. Stir constantly until mixture is thick. Serve over rice.
