BROWNIE CHEESECAKE 
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1/2 c. shredded coconut
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. sugar
2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. vanilla

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large mixing bowl, blend cake mix, coconut, butter and 1 egg on low speed until crumbly. Press very lightly in ungreased 13 x 8 x 2 inch pan.

Beat cream cheese, 2 eggs, 3/4 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons vanilla until smooth and fluffy. Spread over cake mixture. Bake 20-25 minutes. Mix sour cream, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla until smooth. Spread over cheesecake. Refrigerate at least 8 hours.
