5 lb. potatoes (about 12 med.)
1 c. sour cream
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
2 tbsp. butter
Pinch onion powder
Salt & pepper

Cook and mash potatoes. Add while hot remaining ingredients. Put in covered casserole and bake about 45 minutes.
