MARNI'S PORK ROAST 
1 (5-7 lb.) loin end pork roast
Mustard
Beer or wine
Paprika
Garlic salt or powder
Rosemary

Pour 3 cups of beer or white wine over the roast. Cover heavily with mustard, making a thick coat. Sprinkle with paprika, garlic salt and rosemary. Place roast in baking pan and keep water in the bottom of pan. Bake uncovered at 250-300 degrees for 5-6 hours. (Meat is more tender if cooked at lower temperature for a longer period of time.)
