PORK LOIN ROAST | |
1 lg. center cut loin with bone (not center) Slit with knife all over. Rub butter in - all over. Salt, pepper and garlic powder - rub all over. Rub rosemary all over. Pork into slits the rosemary and seasonings. Arrange potatoes, cut in 1/2, around roast. Bake at 325 degrees. Keep turning potatoes to brown real often. Bake approximately 4 hours or until done. |
