STRAWBERRY RHUBARB JAM 
10 c. rhubarb
7 c. sugar
2 sm. pkgs. strawberry Jello

Pour sugar over cut up rhubarb and let stand overnight. Bring to boil, let boil for 11 minutes. Add Jello and let cool. Put in jars and cool before sealing. Store in refrigerator. Seal by boiling lids.
