BUTTERSCOTCH NOODLES | |
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Nestles butterscotch morsels 2 c. chow mein noodles Melt butterscotch morsels over hot water. Add chow mein noodles. Stir until well coated. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper. Chill. Makes about 2 1/2 dozen. I haven't tried this variation of the above recipe but it sounds good. Variation: 2 sm. pkgs butterscotch morsels 1 large can Chinese noodles (chow mein noodles) 1 c. cashew nuts (other nuts may be substituted) |
