MEXICAN SAUSAGE AND MACARONI 
1 lb. hot sausage
2/3 c. chopped onion
2/3 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 pt. sour cream
Salt, pepper, chili powder (add to taste)
2 tbsp. salt
1 (20 oz.) can tomatoes
1 c. uncooked macaroni
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Fry sausage, onion, and peppers together; drain fat. Add sour cream, salt, pepper, chili powder, salt, tomatoes, and macaroni. Cook until macaroni is tender.

Pour into greased casserole dish; cover with grated cheddar cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
