MERRY CHRISTMAS CHEESE CAKE BARS 
CRUST:

1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour

FILLING;
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. red candied cherries, chopped
1/4 c. green candied cherries, chopped

In 1 quart bowl, cut butter into chunks. Add brown sugar and flour, mix a low speed. Then beat at medium speed scraping sides of bowl often until well mixed. Reserve 1/2 for topping. Press remaining crumb mixture into 8" square baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. In quart bowl beat the filling ingredients at medium speed until fluffy. Add chopped cherries, spread over crust. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes. Refrigerate.
