POPOVER PIZZA 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 (18 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese

Saute meat and onions in its own juice until tender. Drain. Add spaghetti sauce and oregano. Pour into ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan. Arrange sliced Mozzarella over top.

2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. oil

Add 3/4 cup flour with 1/2 teaspoon salt. Beat until smooth. Batter will be runny. Pour batter over cheese. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Cut into squares and serve.
