CHOCOLATE MINT DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. plus 6 tbsp. butter, softened
4 eggs
2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tbsp. water
16 oz. can Hershey's chocolate syrup
1/2 to 3/4 tsp. mint extract
3 drops green food coloring
1 c. Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate bits

Mix flour with 1/2 cup butter, eggs, and syrup. Beat until smooth. Pour into greased 9x13x2 inch baking pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes, or until top springs back when lightly touched. Cool completely in pan.

Mix 1/2 cup butter with confectioners' sugar, water, mint extract, and green food coloring. When smooth, spread on cooled cake. Cover and chill.

Melt remaining butter with chocolate chips. Stir well; when smooth, cool slightly and pour over chilled cake. Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving. Makes 15 squares.
