COUNTRY ROAST AND VEGETABLES | |
1 roast, thawed 4-5 potatoes, peeled and sliced 4-5 carrots 1 can whole kernel corn 1 can green beans 1 onion, sliced 1 c. water 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 3 tbsp. butter 1/4 c. flour Place roast in crockpot. Add peeled carrots, onion and butter. Add water and flour to make gravy. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook on high 5-6 hours. Add corn and green beans about one hour before roast is done. |
