COUNTRY ROAST AND VEGETABLES 
1 roast
Several potatoes
Several carrots
Green beans, corn
1 onion, sliced
1 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. flour

Place roast in crock pot. Add vegetables and butter. Add water and flour for gravy. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook on low for 6 to 12 hours. On high for 6 hours.
