ZUCCHINI ROLL 
1 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
2 c. grated zucchini
3-4 green onions
1 clove garlic
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp. butter
8 oz. cheddar cheese, grated

Saute zucchini, onion, minced garlic, salt and pepper with butter until tender and reduced. Cool to room temperature. Make 1 big piece out of the crescent roll, pinch seams. Spoon zucchini mixture down center, sprinkle with cheese. Fold up sides and seal. Brush with egg white. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes until golden brown.
