BAKED CARROTS 
12 carrots, sliced, cooked, and drained
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
Sm. onion, chopped
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
Sm. pkg. Velveeta cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Put carrots in baking dish. Make sauce as a white sauce. Mix together all ingredients and pour over carrots. Put buttered crumbs on top. Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
