CHEESECAKE 
1 1/4 c. plain or cinnamon graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. butter, melted

Press into buttered 8 inch pie plate, building up sides. 12 c. sugar 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. vanilla Dash salt 2 eggs

Soften cream cheese and beat until fluffy. Gradually blend in sugar, lemon juice, vanilla and salt. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each one. Pour into crust and bake until set at 325 degrees approximately 25 to 30 minutes. 2 tbsp sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine above three. Spoon over pie and bake 10 minutes longer. Cool and serve plain or with strawberries or cherries
