QUICK CHICKEN & GRAVY | |
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 tbsp. butter 2 cans cream of chicken soup 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Melt butter in skillet and brown chicken breasts on both sides. Remove from skillet. Add both cans of soup to skillet with butter. Add Worcestershire sauce. Heat until thin. Place chicken in baking dish and pour soup mixture over chicken. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Yield: 4 servings. |
