GOOSEBERRY PIE 
4 c. gooseberries
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg

Blend all above ingredients together. Put above mixture on unbaked pie crust. Then add top crust. Bake 1 hour and about 10 minutes. Watch carefully. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes, then 45 minutes more at 350 degrees.
