1 1/2 cup cake flour
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 cup cold water
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. cooking oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Sift flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt into ungreased baking dish. Punch 3 holes in mixture. In largest hole, pour in cooking oil. In medium sized hole, pour in vinegar. In smallest hole, pour in vanilla. Cover with 1 cup cold water. Stir well with a fork and bake 25 minutes. Warning - Frost in baking dish as cake is so soft it will

break up if removed. (I double recipe for large cake.)
