BAKED CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can creamed corn
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. onion flakes
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix (dry)
1 can whole kernel corn
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. milk
Dash of pepper

Beat eggs. Add milk and remaining ingredients. Mix well. Put in 2 quart greased casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
