ITALIAN SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can tomato paste
4 c. Italian tomatoes
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Saute onion, pepper and garlic in small amount oil. Add beef and brown. Add remaining ingredients except cheese, cook slowly 1 hour. Serve over spaghetti and top with cheese.
