ITALIAN SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
2 tbsp. oil
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, grated
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 c. water
1/4 c. parsley, chopped
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. red pepper

Brown garlic and onion in oil. Add rest of ingredients and simmer.
