ZUCCHINI PIE 
1 c. Bisquick
3 c. diced zucchini
4 eggs
1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
1/2 c. oil (Wesson)
A pinch of parsley, salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients together, then put into a greased 9-inch pie pan. Bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees.
