BLUE CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. crabmeat
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. powdered mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs. Shape into cakes and roll in crumbs. Place cakes on grill for 5-8 minutes or until golden brown. Makes about 4 cakes.
