BLUEBERRY SQUARES (PILLSBURY'S
BAKE-OFF)
 
2 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. butter, softened
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. blueberries (fresh, frozen, or drained canned)
1/4 c. white sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

In a large mixer bowl combine flour, sugar, butter, milk and eggs. Blend at low speed until dry ingredients are just moistened; beat at medium speed for 3 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Arrange blueberries on top. Combine the 1/4 cup white sugar, the 1/4 cup brown sugar and the 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Cut in squares and serve hot or cold with butter, whipped cream, or ice cream. Also may be baked in muffins without the topping.
