HOT CHICKEN SALAD SUPREME 
2 c. cooked chicken, diced
2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. slivered almonds
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. potato chips, crushed

Mix chicken, celery, almonds, onion and mayonnaise. Add salt and lemon juice. Pour into a 2 quart flat casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese and crushed chips on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve hot. Serves 8 to 10.
