EASY ENCHILADAS 
1 pkg. flour tortillas
1 lg. can refried beans
1-2 cans enchilada sauce
Cheese
Chicken or beef
Cooked & cubed vegetables: tomatoes, onions, zucchini, etc.
Garnish: olives, sour cream, guacamole, salsa

Optional ingredients.

In large casserole dish spread a little sauce to cover bottom of pan. On each tortilla make a line of beans, cheese, meat, vegetables or whatever your preference is. Roll up and place in pan, lining enchiladas side by side. Cover with sauce and top with cheese. Garnish as desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes until heated through.
