EASY PIE CRUST 
1/2 c. Crisco or Butter Crisco
1 1/3 c. flour
Salt
Sugar
3 tbsp. water

Cut Crisco into flour with fork or pastry blender. Add salt and sugar and mix. Add water until forms a ball. Turn out onto wax paper. Put another sheet of wax paper on top and roll out thin. Put into 9 inch pie pan. Use baked or unbaked according to your pie filling recipe.
