PARTY MASHED POTATOES 
5 lbs. or 9 lg. potatoes
1 (6 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter

Peel potatoes and boil until tender. Drain; mash until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth and fluffy. Cool; spread into buttered 13 x 9 inch pan. Cover and refrigerate. Dot with butter and bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes or until potatoes are heated through. Garnish with paprika.
