PARTY MASHED POTATOES 
5 lbs. potatoes or 9 lg. potatoes
1 (6 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. butter

Peel potatoes, cut in pieces and boil in salted water until tender; drain. Mash until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and beat until fluffy. Cool and spread into buttered 13 x 9 pan. Cover and refrigerate. To bake, dot with butter and bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes. Garnish with paprika and parsley, if desired.
