GRANDMA'S BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 or 2 heads broccoli, broken into sm. pieces
1/2 lb. fried bacon, crisp and crumbled
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. green onions
1/2 c. dry roasted peanuts

Mix all ingredients except bacon and nuts. Refrigerate ovenight. Mix dressing into salad then sprinkle with bacon and nuts.

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/4 c. sugar (can be cut back to 1/8 c.)

Mix and refrigerate early morning or night before.
