SALMON PATTIES 
1 (15-1/2 oz.) can Alaskan salmon
3 slices bread, torn into sm. pieces
1/3 c. finely minced onions
1/4 c. milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dill weed
Dash pepper
Flour (optional)
2 tbsp. veg. oil

Drain salmon, reserving 2 tablespoons liquid; flake. Combine all ingredients except flour and oil; mix well. Shape into patties, coat with flour if desired. Pan fry on both sides in oil until golden brown. Makes 6 servings.
