1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. chopped apples
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts

Mix all ingredients together.

Bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan or a bundt pan for 45 minutes at 350°F.
