MEMA'S VEAL DISH 
1 lb. lean veal, cubed
1/4 lb. salt pork (diced small)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Bay leaf
Salt
Pepper
Flour
Sliced raw potatoes
Milk

Fry salt pork until browned. Put flour, salt, pepper in bag; add veal cubes and shake bag to coat meat. Add veal to salt pork and brown. Pour entire contents into a buttered baking dish. Fill dish with sliced raw potatoes. Heat soup with 1/2 can of milk and bay leaf. Pour over contents in baking dish. (Remove bay leaf.) Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
