1 egg, unbeaten
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chopped apples
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix ingredients in the order given and pour into 9" greased pie plate. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cut in wedges and serve with Cool Whip, whipped cream or ice cream. Crust will have a macaroon appearance.
