GARDEN PASTA SALAD WITH DILL
DRESSING
 
8 oz. twists, shells, ziti or elbows
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
1 green pepper, diced
1 cucumber, diced
1 lg. carrot, grated

DILL DRESSING:

1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2/3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. dill weed
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cracked pepper

Cook macaroni. Set aside to cool and drain. Cube cheese, dice pepper and cucumber, grate carrot. Blend all dressing ingredients together. Add macaroni, cheese, vegetables to large bowl, pour dressing and mix together.
