CINNAMON ROLLS

I came up with this recipe all by myself! It worked very well for me and I make them all the time! I hope you like them.

CINNAMON ROLLS:

1 can refrigerator biscuits (Pillsbury)
1/2 cup ground cinnamon
1/2 cup brown sugar (any brand)
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350°F.

First start out rolling the biscuits out long, and about 8-inches. Place them on a baking sheet. Once you've done that to all eight biscuits, brush melted butter on both sides of each biscuit.

After you've completed that, simply mix together brown sugar and ground cinnamon. Sprinkle this mixture on all the biscuits.

Next, you are gonna get messy! Roll up the cinnamon rolls. Sprinkle any remaining mixture on the rolls.

Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

ICING:

1 cup (2 sticks) butter, melted
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract

This should be simple! Just mix together melted butter, confectioners' sugar, and vanilla extract. Make sure to get all the sugar clumps out!

Spread icing on the rolls and enjoy! :)
