WORK PERSON'S 20 MINUTE NOODLE
SCRAMBLE
 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. noodles (rotini, shells, & mostaccioli)
1 (16 oz.) bottle Classic Olive Oil (Italian)
1 (16 oz.) bottle Zesty Italian dressing (use 1/2 of this)

Add:

While noodles are cooking, chop up approximately: 1 c. onions 2 c. cauliflower 2 c. broccoli 2 c. tomatoes

Add more or less vegetables as to your liking. Pour dressings over noodles and vegetables. Very good and better if left in refrigerator overnight.

Energy efficient pasta, bring water to a full rolling boil. Add salt and pasta. Stir to get all pasta moist, cover pot tightly and turn off burner. Do not open for 20 minutes. Then drain.
