3 c. sifted flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. chopped bananas
1 sm. can pineapple, undrained

Sift flour once, then sift all dry ingredients together. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well but do not beat. Bake in tube pan or bundt pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

ICING:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar
1 stick butter

Mix together and beat until fluffy.
