LASAGNE 
SAUCE:

2 tbsp. jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
1 lb. ground chuck
1 chopped onion
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. oregano and sugar

10 noodles
24 oz. cottage cheese
1 egg
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese

Cook noodles in water with salt and oil. Brown meat and onion. Add sauce and other seasonings - simmer 20 minutes. Mix egg with cottage cheese. In 9 x 13 inch dish, layer starting with sauce, noodles, cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese, then Parmesan cheese. Do this layering again. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour - needs to rest about 10 minutes after baking.
