ORANGE - AVOCADO TOSSED SALAD 
1 med. head lettuce, torn in bite size pieced
1 sm. cucumber, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. green onion, sliced
1 avocado, peeled & sliced
1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin oranges, drained

DRESSING:

1/2 tsp. orange peel, grated
1/4 c. orange juice
1/2 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt

Combine ingredients for dressing in jar. Cover and shake well. Just before serving, pour over salad and toss.
