SALAD DRESSING FOR SPINACH OR
TOSSED SALADS
 
1 c. oil
1/4 c. wine vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. ketchup (Heinz)
1 sm. onion, diced
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (French's)
1 tsp. salt

Use food processor: Dice onion, add all ingredients except oil. Mix thoroughly. Gradually add oil. Put in large bottle. (This keeps well in refrigerator.) Add hard boiled egg, fried bacon and sliced mushrooms to spinach before pouring on the dressing.
